The neighborhood community of Devonshire is located on the north side of Chanhassen off of at the intersection of Powers Boulevard and Lake Lucy Road.  Devonshire is a great neighborhood featuring excellent homes, family friendly community, and great location. Minnewashta Elementary serves over 700 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 14.9. Other school in the area include Excelsior Elementary School, Minnetonka Middle School West, Minnetonka High School, Chanhassen High School, and Chapel Hill Academy.
